| Mr. Zane Rhodes has been at the helm of Newpoint Gas since 2002 and his experience and education fully compliment the purpose and direction of this outstanding company. Having earned his M.S. and B.S. from Texas A & M University, (currently completing a Ph.D in control systems), Mr. Rhodes has served as a lecturer (3 years) at Texas A & M University, teaching courses on system analysis and computer systems. He has designed applied systems ranging from Heave Compensation Systems for Remote Operated Vehicles, to the development of new treating processes for the natural gas industry. With education and practical experience to guide him, Mr. Rhodes' leadership and work ethic are a model for the industry to emulate. |

| With more than twenty-five years experience in manufacturing, design, and maintenance supervisory work on his resume’, Mr. Rhodes’ talents are extensive. As the design leader of products for which three patents are now pending, as well as numerous structural, mechanical and integrated system modifications and upgrades, Mr. Rhodes has proven himself time and again in his chosen field of expertise. His value to the Newpoint Gas team of engineers as a trouble-shooter and innovative problem solver is unquestionable. | Mr. Joe Rhodes has a profound knowledge of the industry based on twenty years practical experience in the gas processing business, including plant installation, maintenance and operations. He has dealt with Pressure Swing Absorption systems, LPG Chromatography applications, Nitrogen Rejection Units, Helium Purification Plants, LPG Processing, and Compression Systems. While managing Newpoint Gas' many and varied projects, Mr. Rhodes also makes time to further his education and experience by keeping abreast of market and industry changes thru the university classroom and seminar setting. Applying his knowledge and experience in this ever-changing industry has allowed Mr. Rhodes to make a significant contribution to the Newpoint Gas management team. |

W.G. "Trey" Brown |

| Trey has been a Process Engineer in the oil and gas industry for almost twenty-five years. He has spent time with both an operating company (Shell) and several E&C firms (ABB Randall, Black and Veatch Pritchard, and Tulsa Pro-Quip/Linde BOC Process Plants). During that time he helped design, construct and start-up more than two dozen large gas processing facilities. Most recently, Trey worked for Bryan Research and Engineering, where he helped numerous clients with their process simulation and engineering needs. Trey takes pride in working with each of his customers individually to make sure that their project requirements are met in the best way possible. |

| 12 years of experience in manufacturing systems scheduling and optimization. Greg has worked with Lean Six Sigma Methodologies and Supply Chain Management to optimize manufacturing processes. He also has extensive experience in mechanical systems repair and refurbishment which when combined with his formal manufacturing training allows him to streamline the fabrication and assembling of natural gas treating equipment. |

| Accountancy and Finance graduate from Buckingham University with 18 years of oilfield experience. Mr. Hooker is also the Director of Rattlesnake Resources Inc., a helium E&P company. Based in the UK, he will be responsible for Newpoint's sales and marketing function throughout the Former Soviet Union, as well as, acting as a point of contact for those companies operating in the United Kingdom, Europe and Africa. |

| After obtaining his Master’s degree in Chemical engineering in 1973, Gijs van Lammeren spent his first 8 years in the petrochemical industry with Monsanto & Exxon Chemicals. Over the next 7 years he held various managerial functions in the weighing industry (Sales mgr, Managing director). In 1990, after a short spell as plant manager with Pantochim, he joined UOP as a sales manager, responsible for separation technologies for EMEA. After 18 years he joined Newpoint Gas in 2007 as a director of business development for the same area. |

Self taught Certified SolidWorks Professional, along with certifications in PDMWorks Enterprise and COSMOSWorks. Mr. Poteet has taught six different courses from the SolidWorks product line and presented at SolidWorks World 2008 conference in San Diego, CA. Mr. Poteet implemented the data management system for Newpoint, along with establishing its parts catalog and developing the innovative piping method used by their designers. |

| Mr. Kiely has 30 years experience in instrument and electrical design. Rick was the Instrument and Electrical Design Manager coordinating all aspects of instrument and design for Black & Veatch Pritchard's Houston office. He was also recognized by the owners of two projects for zero-defect electrical designs. Rick's extensive knowledge and strengths include the generation of electrical proposals while maintaining an emphasis on quality control throughout electrical estimates, as well as simultaneously coordinating numerous electrical designs and drafting projects. |
