Newpoint Gas is committed to providing high quality, cost competitive products for our industry and achieving Total Customer Satisfaction in all areas of its business. We recognize this can only be achieved through teamwork and global company cooperation. Therefore, we have initiated certification of our Quality Management System to the requirements set out by the International Standards Organization (ISO) Standard 9001-2000.
We will achieve these goals by:

- We will continually monitor customer satisfaction.
- Delivering on time.
- We will ship on the date required by the customer.
- On-time delivery performance will be continually monitored.

- Continually improve the Quality Management System through continuous in-house and external monitoring and review.
- Implement and adhere to the Plan-Do-Check-Act circular process model.
- Implement standardized operational procedures to minimize variance.
- Implement personnel training programs, and verify training effectiveness.
- Continual and rigorous in-house auditing of all process areas.
- Continual review and auditing of supplier and subcontractor quality and performance.
- On-going review of all Quality System results by Top Management on a regular basis.
