The surrounding beauty is unmarred, however, by these two new treating facilities which service the Co2 removal needs of Newpoint Gas customers in the area. Striving to engineer and build a gas treating plant that would meet and exceed their client\u2019s expectations was a challenge in its own right, but supplying plants that were also non-intrusive to the environment was of great importance to the design and engineering staff. Using the latest technology, Newpoint Gas, LP has successfully brought on line the 25 Gpm Amine plant as well as its larger counterpart, the 60 Gpm Amine plant, to remove Co2 from natural gas produced in this area, giving the Producer a marketable product in an efficient mode of operation.
