Newpoint Gas, LP has just completed a conceptual study for a 450 mmscfd Arsenic Removal facility. This study was completed at the request of a major natural gas company for a system in the Caribbean. The study addressed site requirements, catalyst life vs. capital costs, process description, process and instrumentation diagrams (P&ID’s), process flow diagrams (PFD’s), and environmental impacts. This study, along with the results of the pilot plant that will ship early next month, will be the basis for the final design of the facility.
